1. How long does it take to assemble an order?
 Orders take 1 to 2 business days to prepare, once payment has been made we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm delivery.

2. Do you have shipments throughout the Republic?
Yes! Our shipments work as follows:

  • Center of the country ➡️ 1 to 3 business days
  • North or South of the country ➡️ 2 to 5 business days
  • The shipping cost depends on the volume, starting from $150.00 to $800.00 mxn.
  • Free Shipping from a minimum purchase of $10,000.00 mxn

3. Do you have wholesale prices?
Yes!, from 12 pieces there is a discount, it does not apply in case of active promotions.

4. What payment method do you accept ?

  • Cash deposit at Oxxo, Guadalajara pharmacy or directly at the corresponding bank branch.
  • Transfer to any of our accounts.
  • Credit or debit card.
  • PayPal and Mercado Pago.
  • Kueski Pay (payment in months)

5. Do you have monthly payments ?
 Yes, with kueski pay you can make flexible payments without banks or cards.

    6. How long do I have to make my oxxo deposit or transfer if I have chosen this payment method?
     When you finish your order in the store, you will receive a confirmation email, and from that moment on, you have 48 hours to settle it and send us the receipt to our Facebook or Whatsapp page. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
